Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps on Android in Ukraine Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top five Maps and Navigation apps on Android in Ukraine displayed a range of performance metrics. Data from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each app.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 41K at the end of December 2021 and dropping to around 14K by the end of March 2022. Weekly active users also showed a downward trend, falling from 317K to 94K over the same period.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic had relatively stable weekly downloads, peaking at around 20K in early January and dropping to 7K by the end of March. Active users saw a slight decrease from 126K to 92K throughout the quarter.

GPS+ Maps, Navigation, Traffic showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $50 in mid-March. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable peak of 21K in the week of February 21, before stabilizing around 11K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trend, reaching 23K in late February and settling at 14K by the end of the quarter.

EasyWay public transport saw a consistent decline in weekly downloads, from 12K at the end of December to 5.8K by late March. Revenue remained low, peaking at $36 in late December and stabilizing around $10 throughout the quarter. Active users dropped significantly from 155K to 60K over the three months.

GPS, Maps, Voice Navigation experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 17.6K in mid-March before dropping to 10.9K by the end of the month. Revenue showed a slight upward trend, reaching $13 in the final week of March. Active users increased significantly, from 7K at the end of December to 39K by early March, before declining to 23K at the end of the quarter.
